| 01/20/2009 | Update for NepalTOPO Khumbu Map |
|
There's a small update of the NepalTOPO Khumbu map available in the download area. Besides 20 new languages the installer now
supports there is a README-File with further installation notes included now. The next bigger update, which will improve the trails
and include several new Points-of-Interests, is work in progress at the moment and will be published soon.

All Licenceholders of a NepalGPS-Map are able to download an iso-image of their map now, with which one can create an
Installation-CD besides the normal Download-Version (EXE-File). To burn your own CD simply download the ISO-Image and burn
it to a CDROM with your favorite burning software. The CD was tested under Windows XP(R) and Windows Vista(R). For
downloading the image please log into the download area with your licence-key and the apropriate password and choose the image

The Download of the FREE-Versions now include a small map extract of the detailed FULL-
Versions. So it is possible to test the look and feel of this versions with costs with
your gps-software and -receiver in advance.

Garmin® has published a new version of their
Mapsource®-Software this week. The maintenance of third party maps has
changed in the new version. So if you are using the brand new Mapsource®
version please update your copy of the Nepal Topo GPS Map. You can find
updates on the downloadpage. All other users do not need the update!

| The first GPS-Trekking-MAP for Nepal is finished and available as version
1.0. The map covers the most important trekking area in Nepal: The
Everest-Basecamp- and Gokyo Ri - Trek, starting at the inofficial capital of
